Resale Packages

 

Once you have your home under contract with a purchaser, the homeowner or their Realtor will need to order a resale package.  The resale package conveys the Association's governing documents and Resale Certificate to the buyer.  Pennsylvania Law requires a resale certificate be conveyed to the purchaser.
