Environment Management Plan

We will be working with our landscaper and other property vendors to begin implementing the high-priority recommendations in the report. Now that we have an objective assessment of our environmental assets, we can more effectively manage the property. We plan to redirect our current landscaping budget to continue to maintain the property and implement the critical elements of the plan recommendations without an increase in the HOA fees in 2021.
